Pros

- Opportunities to gain experience and get involved from day 1, e.g. responsibility for own project deliverables & outputs, client facetime (regardless of seniority) - Interesting & challenging projects ranging from regulation to strategy to other relevant and current topics affecting the sector you work in - Smooth collaboration within teams, smart colleagues to learn from and everyone makes an effort to welcome and onboard people - Entrepreneurial vibe where autonomy, individual input and ideas are welcome - Fantastic working environment: diverse office, great rapport across all teams and levels, with an overall very open and professional approach - Work-life balance is truly special for the consulting industry. Employee wellbeing is looked after, incl. social activities - Access to more senior staff for guidance/feedback

Cons

- Limited crossover between practices, so little opportunity to get experience outside of own industry/team - Some internal processes could be better developed and standardised

Pros

- Great people - Interesting clients, a mix of big firms and global lesser known brands which creates a variety of opportunities and ability to work at C-suite/board level for all team members - Ability to take ownership for own performance and manage your own time - Commitment from leadership for work-life balance - Backing of a global firm but local boutique feel - European seminar brings all European staff and global leadership together - Friday afternoon wine and cheese is a great way to have a reason to be in the office and meet other team members across all practice areas

Cons

- As a small firm, utilisation is high and a focus of the business which can make it harder to do the extra beyond client delivery - Again, as a small firm, there is nowhere to hide so under performance gets highlighted and managed accordingly, which can be interpreted as high turnover when people choose to leave
