      Extended bench time - flip side is you get plenty of stretched roles to fill and out of comfort zone for growth

      Excellent management team, entrepreneurial feel. Strong set of clients and projects

      Cons

      Transition of Consulting 4.0 from theory into practice on projects has not happened outside of Paris office as of yet. Exciting offering so hoping that this will change.
