      Pros

      Many different areas of expertise, people from all different backgrounds with different thought processes allows for innovative solutions and an incredible learning environment.

      Cons

      Being a French company, it can be difficult to communicate effectively and efficiently with our European headquarters.

      Pros

      Good conditions, benefits, and pay. Some opportunity for advancement (Although you have to go after this 100% yourself. The managerial culture is not one of support, leadership, or coaching) I have personally had some great projects to work on.

      Cons

      Very poor company culture. Currently, the company is very Paris-centric, and has tried to export ways of working that are both counterintuitive and counterproductive in North America. Leadership is very top down and guarded, so I am not optimistic that the new company acquisitions in North America will do well in the long run. Very much focuses on the bottom line rather than actual quality of work. There are some very talented exceptions to this, but they are few and far between.
