Pros

Some employees are actually very helpful and amazing to work with Very nice Head of APAC and Global CEO from what I have experienced - two stars only because of them or else would have given it a 1 star

Cons

Only speaking of Sg Office: Local partner is very political although he always says he is not Pretentious local Partner that has a very "know-it-all" attitude and is very closed to feedback Senior and middle management always say that they rely on employee feedback but get defensive and start blaming you every time a simple question is raised Labour turnover rate is relatively high - people often come here for a stint rather than long-term The good feedback on Glassdoor for the Sg office is posted by local Partner's request so employees dare not deviate from boss orders

Pros

Once they decide to bring you onboard, they expedite the whole offer and HR process at lightning speed. But of course they expect you to respond asap within the next few days, pushing you for a quicker acceptance as well. Opportunity to work with notable clients in Finance.

Cons

Management does not really listen to the employees even if they may appear to. Not a place that nurtures you to achieve your career aspirations. Forget about a well organised consulting firm you would expect from a firm that advises their clients on best practices, claiming to be an expert. The onboarding process is a mess and leaves new hires confused and disorientated. You might be thrown into a project right away on your first day with just a pep talk before you're expected to fly (for the record, not literally).
