      Sia Partners has proven to be a refreshing work environment which respects it's talent's ideas and is using these ideas as a foundation for their business model. This is a company that has major disruption potential in the consulting industry if they continue use the momentum they have built up through new clients and acquisitions efficiently.

      Cons

      Some systems are hard to navigate initially and the onboarding process could be more streamlined, however these are expected growing pains after the pandemic flung the business world into the remote model.
