      Pros

      1- Very professional 'hands-on' recruitment process 2- Felt welcome and part of the family very fast 3- Very respectful leadership team who are trusted 4- Type of work very interesting and requires a lot of analytical and out-of-the box thinking

      Cons

      1- Need to improve Power Point skills of Juniors 2- Some improvements needed in the onboarding process such as regular check-ups for example 3- Need a more improved knowledge management database that includes data, past proposals, deliverables etc.

      Pros

      Sia Partners is like a family for every employees. The working environment is healthy and you feel appreciated. I always reject job offers from other places when I compare the benefits I get in Sia with other firms. Everyone has access to the Partners which will give you an edge to other big consulting firms.

      Sometimes consultants are overloaded with tasks from different assignments. nothing else major to be mentioned
