Pros

Great company to work for, made to feel welcome from day 1, received my training from Erienne and Rory who were amazing, very patient, explained everything clearly and concisely and were always at the end of the phone for support and advice at any time

Cons

Lack of career progression, unable to progress past store level in the company as they only offer these roles to people outside of the business which is a shame as we do and will lose some amazing people

We have recently developed a programme which we think will provide greater opportunities for our store staff to progress further.

Pros

Has a really good induction and training plan. Rory is a great trainer. And your district manager checks up on you frequently during your first months training which is also really good. Has sociable working hours and good weekend hours too. The teams are small and everyone is easy to get along with and work alongside. Good staff incentives and bonus schemes too.
