Growing company, with tons of different jobs so that everyone find his path. Very positive communication, with everything that can be done for employe wellbeing is done.

Cons

The company moves fast, you need to move as fast as the company. That is great, but you need to be agile.

Having 25 years in IT, I was not expecting to be impressed during my onboarding at ServiceNow, The methodology, quality of content and the platform made this onboarding unique being effective and fully in the job after only 2 months. The worskpace is beautiful, the environment friendly, the ambition clear. A very energyzing environment

Very dynamic company that really cares about Human wellbeing ! If you want to work in a challenging environment that makes you want to learn/create/... more everyday.

Cons

If you want a quiet, non challenging, non changing, non evolving job then ServiceNow is not the good place.
