Great benefits, strong executive leadership with a drive to win at all costs.

Cons

Culture is shifting to a bit of a snake pit from when I joined 5 years ago. Leadership changes with cut-throat VPs brought in from Oracle and Microsoft. Not the ServiceNow that I joined anymore.
