Pros

Encouragement Strong Feedback Overall company-wide enthusiasm Dev Portal is great Product is used within the company by a great deal Management is well in-sync with people who report to them Promotes down time.

Cons

Beer bash could be better Inter-Org transitions are encouraged but too slow Senior leadership team should be more in sync with employees More automated workflows are needed Crisp layout of requirements is needed to follow for promotions

Pros

Great company product, talented employees, good health insurance, and nice office environment.

Cons

Forget if you expect to receive a raise. I have been working full-time for over two years and nothing has happened. They'll tell you that your "bonus" is your raise. Also, preference seems to be given to external candidates than current employees trying to grow professionally within the company. You'll lose more employees if opportunities are not given where deserved.
