      Gratis Life is great as the as your part of the "In" crowd, even if you are unethical. Good pay

      Cons

      Working hard will get you nowhere. It's extremely political. Little focus on cosmetics if you are in management. Constant change leads to many systems being introduced and having many glitches. They say they are a values company, that is not the case anymore except when you want to write someone up. RVP's have too much power and play favorites. High school atmosphere with tons of drama which starts at the corporate level and trickles down to the stores. Definitely a company in a culture crisis.

      Gratis, nice co-workers, exposure to new products

      Cons

      Unbelievably mean store director, terrible pay, hours cut from week to week depending if the store makes its sales goals. A LOT expected with not much in return. A company who only pays and cares about the top executives, pays retail associates close to min wage and cuts your hours whenever they feel like it. SO many rules on the floor i feel like im in kindergarten class.

      Pros

      Hires are generally outgoing hardworking people Fun company to work for Beauty perks are a plus If you treat it as temp work and have no expectations of being hired on full time you'll love it.

      Cons

      You have to work on all Holidays including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve Ramp up for Holiday and promotions so be prepared to be let go after the promotion is over.
