Pros
It's fun! Lots of trainings and the perks are fabulous! If you love beauty it is the place to be. :) The company makes sure to recognize all the the efforts you put into having a better environment to work and do business. Being able to help people feel beautiful.
Cons
Not making bonuses because of the incompetence of your team members/management. The company is growing too fast and is bringing new people not considering sometimes their lack of experience in the field. Many times they could find it internally and it gets overlooked.
