Training every week to keep up on all the brands Training for general knowledge (SOS) Multi-branded No commission= No sales to steal Move about the whole store (instead of behind a counter) Flexible schedule Bonus based on performance of team as a whole Work as a team for sales goals

Cons

Rude clients a lot of the time Hard to be motivated when others are not motivated Tried to advance several times and was cut short

Pros

its great to work for a company with lots of opportunities to move to. as well as the education they give there cast.

Cons

sometimes there are people in management that should not be in management and its very hard to move those people. the company should think about the rest of the cast as well as those managers who really don't want to be there, but are there if a check!!
