Pros

Sephora offers a ton of incentives from monthly bonuses to winning designer handbags. Everyone in the store receives a monthly bonus each month if they make their plan for the month. They also run contests almost every month and offer great prizes for the stores that win. Prizes have included Visa gift cards, designer handbags and iPads.

Cons

If you are not full time, hours can be hard to get at times. Also, it is hard to move up in the company. They seem to go by seniority as opposed to good performance.

Pros

the beautiful ladies and that's all there is to that

Cons

You're expected to pick, replenish, or receive cosmetic products using an RF scanning gun. If you can't meet the required number standards, in SLC, for example, you need to pick 290 items per hour, you could be sent home. If you're a receiver and you don't receive a large quantity purchase order, your receiving production numbers could be affected, You have absolutely no control over the size of an order a vendor ships to the distribution center, your scanning gun is your ethic, remember that. so be prepared to roll the dice. Also, After your insurance co-pays, you can expect to make 350 weekly. as a single person. And don't go there and over perform, because management doesn't bother to consider your ethic, they're more interested in young, pretty girls. It's only because of the high unemployment rate that companies like Sephora can take advantage of the worker and overwork them while underpaying them. You're expected to learn multiple job standards without fair compensation. Even if you are one of the producers, you can bet that the main manager doesn't care to know you, very impersonal top management here.
