Pros

Independence, ability to create own schedule, ability to apprehend shoplifters, conducted audits, very involved with inventory, responsible for shrink, close working relationship with staff

Cons

No real leadership in the LP department, my nearest supervisor was in NYC, solely responsible for three locations, had to run registers during peak times, very little involvment with internal apprehensions

Pros

I love most of my coworkers, they truly are what a team should be. I love the gratis, the discount, the work-life balance

Cons

Some of my coworkers are good at what they do (like makeup application) but do not have people skills. Also, i feel that some of the store closing duties are a bit much...at less at my store
