Everything else. This is a dead-end job. The hours suck and there is no work life balance. The people that work there are literally miserble. The SSL's the SSC's and all the other leaders are actually the worst and full of drama and you share an office with them which is actually awful. As asset protection the odds of getting promoted are slim to none. I've been with the company for almost 2 years and mostly everyone in the district has changed either due to getting fired or quitting. NO ONE STAYS. I'm taking a pay cut and leaving for my mental health because I cannot take another day there. I really hope you read this review and heed my warning and no it is not district or region, or store based THIS IS COMPANY WIDE! The TURNOVER rate is 110%! I promise you it is not for no reason. The policies are constantly changing; they change so much it's hard to keep up. You will get lied on, they will gossip about you and going to work every day will feel like a chore. Sephora is a good company to work for but working at Sephora has literally been my worst nightmare. I hate it there and cannot wait to leave. I would only recommend this place to someone I hate.
