      Sephora really lives by its Teach, Inspire, Play principles, and there's an almost obsessive attention to client (customer) experience in all things. Whether you're in finance, real estate, IT or merchandizing, Sephora's work culture really values individuality, courage and play.

      Bureaucracy can tend to weigh down projects at times.

      Very underpaid compared to other retailers, unflattering uniform, management at my store was awful, very micromanaged, not a lot of work life balance, minimum wage job!!
