Pros

Competitive cases, they are interesting pieces but the team and management make it difficult to succeed due to poor planning and tools.

Cons

Terrible work life balance, usually above 80 a week. I was working nearby 7 to 10 PM everyday and always had my laptop in hand. The worst part is the mediocre management who often is too egotistical to get much done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not know anyone in the company that has not been yelled at, ridiculed, or bullied by a higher up.

Pros

Good benefits and very reasonable work-life balance. Best in class office. Sandoz still is a US Gx market leader. Direct access to the wide US Gx market trends.

Cons

Lots of rumors about divestments. One of the three US production sites was already set for closure. US Gx business outlook does not promising. Significant number of Sandoz US senior managers are leaving the company, including the CEO.
