      pay and benefits are good

      management is incompetent at its best. They run company and employees like a rollercoaster out of control. Rules and policies change like the wind.Extreme and stressful work enviornment.

      Pros

      Sandoz, is a global corporation that has a strong HR group that manages their annual reviews and does global planning for career paths. They have a stong compensation and benefits package for their employees. They match 100% of your first 6% contribution to your 401K plus another 3% contribution annually as a supplement to their reduced pension program.

      Cons

      Sandoz, is a lot like every other large corporation. They use SAP as their ERP system, however, the system has not been updated since implementation in 2000 to meet the new business needs. Plus, with the restructuring of the senior management team, there has been a lack of communication, unless something goes wrong and then you hear more than you wanted to hear.

      -Competitive benefits package (in line with other Corporations in Prague) -New offices in a well-connected area of Prague

      Cons

      -Unprepared for the spin off from Novartis, without tools, platforms, teams, management, training programs, instructions -Unsupportive upper management -Employees' mental wellbeing not a priority
