      Hard to get fired at

      Management from Headquarters to VPs to Dispatchers is horrible. No respect. Pay is not good. Not enough staff since people keep quitting. I would not recommend working here until they start to bring in better leaders to the company that understands respect.

      Pros

      Singaporeans here are okay and easy to work with. Mega fast pace environment, good if you like efficiency.

      Cons

      Alot of cons: - top down structure - korean dynasty, only koreans will progress and all top managment are korean - in out gantry to track all your movement including toilet time - crazy working hours, expected to work on weekends - emails coming in every minute of the day. You can work till 12am and start work the next day at 9am, but having 30 emails to clear in the morning. - pay doesn't match out with similar external roles - staff turnover here is less than 1 year, people come and go very quickly and processes are all new.

      - No work life balance - Expect you to work OT everyday and on weekend to complete work - Strong hierarchical level in the company where boss make all the decision - Can only be a follower in the company, lack of leadership - Unrealistic KPI fixed by management - Heavy workload - Survival mode within the company, no team spirit - Any intention to object boss' word will be given option to resign or lay off by company - Too result orientated, doesn't think from employee's perspective
