Pros
Very fast paced company. A lot is happening. Positive spirit. Customer-oriented (at least more than other software vendors).
Cons
Above and beyond the other ratings here, there's one thing to know for your first year at Salesforce: sick leave is not covered! If you get sick during your first year, you're simply not paid. Usually, you get covered by an insurance. But the Salesforce insurance starts after... 3 months the first year. As an example, if you have a domestic accident and have to recover for 1 month, you won't get paid for that month unless you've been at Salesforce for 12 months or more. Not a show stopper, but really disappointing: I wish I knew before joining. Not really in the "Ohana" spirit in my opinion...
