      The employees are very welcoming. Canteen staff are really friendly.

      Cons

      Refuse to listen to employees. Employees being forced back to the office and are told to find another job elsewhere if they don't like it.

      working with intelligent, collaborative, and fun people. I see my colleagues as family and friends who share common experiences and help one another overcome challenges of work and life.

      Sage has implemented recent changes that impact everyone globally, regarding the hybrid work arrangements. Commuting in the Atlanta area can be daunting, however, we must adapt and living in To make this a requirement for every colleague, globally, including all levels of leadership is fair, and transparent. I personally prefer 2 days vs 3 days will motivate colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve morale. In times of uncertainty, we must embrace change, adapt and be creative finding way to make it work.
