      Pros

      The hourly (and some of the salary) people. You are with some more than you are with family and its nice when you can get along and enjoy work.

      Cons

      You are just a number. HR is a joke. New hires are making 1.75 less than someone who has been there for 12 years. Most (not all) salary employees treat hourly as if they are not worth their time and they are stupid.
