      At the local site level, in the US, you don't necessarily experience what is presented at the corporate level in Europe and the short term financial goals drive the agenda

      Needs a culture change

      Generous pension. Stress free environment.

      Cons

      Knowledge is weaponised and not shared. This leads to a fractious culture where things move very slowly. Culture needs an overhaul to enable all to pull together. There is no training, as in zero.

      Managers do not know how to manage properly, resulting in the leave of people. They put too much pressure and the high management is too military alike.
