The company is too large, there are so many branches and BUs that makes approvals for projects, increases and promotions too slow and cumbersome. Also, there's a noticeable benefit or preference from corporate towards French based BUs vs US / Americas

Everything , you need to be part of a hippie click to get confidential and biased treatment from unprofessional / lowball training and immature coworkers to learn common sense . Lack of efficienct training/ unprofessional coworkers/training/sexual harassment/physical injury
