      Pros

      -Great work/life balance -Yearly small raise -Overtime gets paid (if you get some)

      Cons

      There is not enough space to grow, changes to do so get even smaller if you are not willing to loose yourself and suck up your way up. They should add in their job description: Backstabbing and hypocrite is a must. I know all companies have this but when management does it and encourages it then becomes a big issue.

      -"Good" benefits -Nice people - Life/work balance is obtainable

      Cons

      I thought this was my big break once I got out of college, not a chance!! The odds of you getting up on the corporate latter are almost inexistent, they get even smaller of you're not willing to lose yourself and suck up to people. Other negative, salaries not the greatest either in ither area; on their job description they should add: hypocrite and backstabbing is a must if you want to work with us (other way your stuck) this wouldn't by as bad if the management weren't the ones doing it

      There are a lot of opportunities to move in the organization across different areas and countries. Aerospace company with operations all over the world.

      Cons

      Training for newcomers needs to be improved as well as the way of manage skills for the key personnel. they have a lot of people with high potential that could be lost because of that reason.
