Flexible work schedules, competitive pay, plenty of opportunity, nice break room with hot breakfast and lunch, well lit working areas, very clean shop.
Cons
has some what limited parking, large building makes it a long walk if you need something from the other end. Small receiving area and limited storage, no personnel lockers.
