The quality of work and the scope of personal development. It provides great opportunities to learn.

Cons

The HR policies are at the lowest grade when compared to its competitors, for example, the probation period is of 6 months, and it doesn't provide any free parking space. No performance bonus, No OT despite having a lot of work pressure and regular extra work.
