Pros

I worked for the brazilian unit. It had an amazing work enrivonment, team was very kind and supportive and the company is very flexible with the worker's need!

Cons

It didn't have much growth expectations! Things used to happen in a really slow pace regarding to carrer plan and climbing positions!

Pros

- Good company for experienced people in terms of salary. - Work life balance is good - Lots of projects to work with - Opportunity to grow if one will work very hard and good in politics.

Cons

- Very few engineers are technically sound. Most of the lead engineers are incompetent. They have very less technical knowledge. In most of the cases, engineers working under them are much better in terms of knowledge. - Very bad working environment, very less spacious, AC stops working after 6 PM, and many more, ex- It's been more than six months they didn't fix the broken tap of water cooler. -HR seems to be busier, If someone will ask them any query they will never reply, If you get a reply you are the luckiest person in the world. - Management is completely unprofessional, the salary appraisal process is always delayed by more than 2-3 months.
