      - Best company to start your career - Learn from field experience and your colleagues - Opportunity to work on project with cross-functional teams - Company is growing (headcount, business, projects,etc)

      Cons

      - Companies policies and process are in process to taking place, It will take time to have a complete and functional structure. - the room of visibility to understand the importance of Support staff to support the company growth is missing.

      Being able to work with professionals coming from different countries. This really opens up your mind to different cultures which can help improve the team building between employees.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are sometimes not published for professionals outside of the company. Some of the job recruitment advertisements are written in French instead of English.
