- Awesome employees with a can do attitude to get it done - In Canada, Strategies validated for Transit and Rolling Stock Business Units, evidenced by record backlog. Freight and Mining a work in progress as we shift to Domestic - Not a "bodyshop" mentality, rather focus on high quality services to our customers - reachback into the Group global expertise - door is always open to President

Company values and internal open communication allows for an honest, transparent working environment. Excellent work/life balance, with a very competitive salary and benefits. Approachable Management and great employees on all levels. Leadership seems to care about employees' careers and employee retention. Fantastic facilities in the downtown core. Awesome coffee
