Management look out for themselves and their designated 'favourites' - e.g. managers that have brought over their previous teams into senior roles here, bringing their own culture and giving free passes to those who actively undermine junior colleagues Working in a completely different role than what was advertised, leaving no time to understand the dynamics of a new role as you are thrown in at the deep end and expected to get on with it Months after leaving the business and multiple emails, equipment has yet to be collected
