Managers completely lacked management experience. Training for new employees are minimal, and there is a disregard for time management.

Good pay for beginning drivers who don't want to go otr $1000-1200 week bring home

Cons

Management was awful and often illegal but I was told that by then before starting. Routes were to long to run legal and during your time in the berth was often helping unload
