Pros

Plenty of work. Good pay. I think management is pretty good here in Monroe, Mi. You have access to all management. They are trying to do a good job (growing pains).

Cons

They keep taking benefits away every year. This come from the company (Sysco) in Texas we are told. Drivers have NO driver representation. Many divers feel like they are not being heard.

Pros

Money is great once your are out of training.

Cons

Your schedule is in the hands of management, and they dont communicate with you about what is going on. inconsiderate of your personal life and what may be going on at home prior to placing you on routes.
