      It was a hybrid model with a lot of opportunity for growth if you did well and showed initiative.

      Cons

      Pay was miserable for the amount of work you’d be doing. Very rigid schedules, lots of s, and not a good culture.

      Money is very solid. Benefits are pretty good

      90 % of people are lazy and useless. Warehouse is garbage, majority of people in DC are coasting ( do the least amount they can). Transportation management is excellent. Only plus working there. Some 300 lb water head is in charge of our region. Thinks because he got delivered door dash, he knows logistics. . Diversity hiring tops hiring people who can do their job. Regardless off profit margin. Company definitely does not care about employees. Coorparate constantly lies and expects you to do as they say, not as they do. Company presents itself as family oriented, although the furthest thing from. These our opinions from someone being here 5 + years. After working here multiple years, I cannot and would not recommend this job
