Pros

If you are willing to work long hours, you can make a lot of money. Great benefits. Four day workweek or overtime if you want it.

Cons

Management expects the world from employees. Keep on hiring idiots. Not good at training. No loyalty to employees. No standard operating procedure.They seem to be making things up as they go along.

Pros

Good pay for being most days.

Cons

On your 'days off' you are 98% still technically working. You come home from working the day before and the day you are arriving back to terminal it's supposed to be your day off..now this could be at 5 6 7 8am or 2 3 4 5 pm and then have to work the next day 98% of the time. Also they don't give you a real 10hr reset. They want you to reset in the sleeper berth. You could be dispatching out shortly after returning.

5 day, 13hr work weeks consistently. No work life balance and no overtime pay for 60 hour work weeks. RUN
