      Pros

      the job is very stable in this company. There will never will be any retrenchment no matter how much up and down happens in semiconductor industry

      Cons

      the technologies are old and company is working on 6" wafer. the 8" techno revenue is very small . This is all related to STM in Singapore. Another things , the machines\eqpt are old and not fully automated.
