Pros

You get to learn. You get access to a lots of technological resources, industry tools, exposure to conferences and engagement with academia to implement new ideas. People are very helpful and share knowledge.

Cons

Employee benefits and compensation are lower than the market average. Also, management was slow at adapting to changes that Covid brought. Some processes are very bureaucratic.
