Pros

Lots of good engineers and interesting work. Flexible working time and reasonable rates of pay.

Cons

ST has lots of Politics and bad management. Lack of empowerment and lots of management overhead. It's a shame as the engineers are great.

Pros

Great work-life balance, very nice people, lots of learning, lesser work will leave you with ample time to explore and learn whatever you wish and people are always ready to help.

Cons

Pay, benefits, work culture, location. Least aggressive, very slow decision making, least competent in terms of design, development and commercialization of new products. It is like a PSU rather than a private MNC. Daily commute between G. Noida and Delhi is very tiresome. Growth is slow and salary hikes are lesser compared to other semicon MNCs. It is a European company, so don't expect Indians to reach executive management , such a thing can happen only in a US company.
