Middle management make sensible, well thought decisions. Co-workers are professional and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Board level management need replaced. Salaries are low in comparison to USA and Europe. Hard to get promoted. Best way for promotion is to get a new job in a new company!

Pros

There is a retirement plan that is not offered at most other companies. ST also offers a 401K plan. Vacation accrual is good. That's the main reason employees haven't left yet.

Cons

The management is not organized. No chance for advancement. Raises are getting lower and lower. The insurance offered thru the company is getting more and more expensive with less coverage offered.
