Pros
Work is not hectic. Benefits like 401k matching 4% (increases with more years of experience in the company) and retirement benefits are good.
Cons
Very slow company, takes long time to take decisions. If you are working at high cost center like in US, the sword is always hanging on top of you. No layoff in France(HQ), so other sites get the axe. Crappy management. Salary is not at par with the industry.
