      Low salary, slow increment too much responsibility.

      Pros

      Good location. Good colleagues and stable company.

      Cons

      Salary too low, increment too slow, for 3 years only less than 200 increment of salary from starting offer. No added bonuses, Etch bosses very stingy for OTs and star awards. Most of the time boss micromanage people. Any mistake considered very shaming on your career. Many stresses due to too much responsibility.
