      - Talented human resources - Good Attitude of Engineers, read-to-go-at-it for every issue - Hence lot of learning opportunities - Basically cool work-life balance - Ok-to-good salary, as per NCR standards, when comparing with foreign MNCs - Follows business and work ethics in the best possible way - Good Facilities like Transport arrangements

      - Scope for Marketing and Management to help steer Products to Customer Satisfaction - Salary not among the best in the Industry - No medium-to-long-term onsite opportunities - Company not performing at its best.

      Cadillac healthcare, Pension plan, competitive pay equals a great long term employer in the Americas. Flexible and lean organizational structure means the employees define a lot of what they do.

      Cons

      Some job functions are poorly defined, and Italian culture trickles down into the Americas (not always in a good way)
