      Pros

      Flexible working hours, as long as you get your tasks done you can leave the office. There are very nice people from around the world. It's good for those who are looking for a stable job.

      Cons

      Old equipment because the company has operating for so long and they seem to not bother replacing the old equipment. There is poor welfare for employees too.

      Pros

      Work life balance last time but now getting from bad to worse.

      Cons

      Low salary, exploiting employees. Those who are on the performing side are usually loaded with more tasks. Those who cannot perform are left to rot but when it is annual increment time, the one who can perform better only gets 1-2% more compared to the rest.
