      Stable reality, once you're in you basically have a guaranteed workplace.

      Cons

      The other face of the coin from stability is that luck heavily influences the work experience one will have in the team he will be assigned to. Company policies are often not clear and this allows managers to impose custom rules, sometimes great for the employee, other times disadvantagueus.
