      The relax learning environment. You will be able to focus on specific field.

      Cons

      Does not provide growth opportunities. Any bright idea you give, is suppressed. In fact they don't want to move. A lot of inertia.

      Stress and pressure management resulted in improve prioritisation of work load, challenging in multitasking within a short time frame, all these from people with the correct mindset

      Cons

      Manual operations and constant fire fighting, unable to retain the best talent, improper planning during start up resulting in unnecessary travelling between same department, meeting very often not productive but as a mean of remonstrating

      Cons

      Slow to exit businesses in which it is no longer competitive leading to a lot of pain even for the most fantastic employees in those businesses.
