Pros
as long experience will bring you easier working enviornment; ST is ranking No 1 in Europe still, has solid fab and key ctm relationship. European company won't lay off people very often, especially in ST, you won't feel high pressure.
Cons
internal politics, management not clear direction discourage people work here. Strong internal relationship also make the company not very professional. the org is not stable these years, it's hard to have focus from all parties, and plus internal conflicts play important role, it is just difficult to make things. you will always see the real hard worker never get right treatment, and the best speaker can always get best reward.
