      Great place to learn about international business, working with teams and customers in different regions

      Cons

      It's a EU company which means the priority will always be EU. Also, it is very difficult to grow in this company unless you are very close to upper management.

      Pay is not high, don't expect any stock appreciation If giant company is for you, maybe ok place. But don't expect to change the company by yourself

      interesting work, decent team and cutting edge technology. decent pay package and friendly policies

      Cons

      limited visibility, at times the work gets monotonous, limited opportunities in semiconductors give few exit options. the area of work is very niche and moving out of semiconductors to some other domain without an MBA seems impossible. if you want to leave then start preparing and try to crack B - schools.
