      its stable environment and not so challengable work give you a good work-life balance. also the company culture makes it easier for the employee to adapt to

      the average salary is quite low, and the increasing rate is quite small. you might have been there for 6 years but the salary you get might be only similar to the one working in another company for 3 years.

      Pros

      healthy work environment, laid back take it easy eurpoean mentality, I haven't worked anywhere else but i hear benefits and pay are pretty competitive.

      Cons

      management seems to lack direction, difficult to gain visibility for work done, dysfunctional and confusing organization with lots of overlapping functions.

      It's a EU company which means the priority will always be EU. Also, it is very difficult to grow in this company unless you are very close to upper management.
