      Pros

      Job security is the main advantage for this company. Retrenchment will always be the last optionin the list during economy downturn.

      Cons

      The management lacks transparency when comes to annual increament and promotion. Compensation and benefits are below average compared to company of similar nature. Professional development is limited. Will never get a good balance between family and work.

      Got good benefits with consistent progression Open communication between management and employees Encourages work and family balance Autonomy given at all times, departments are expected to be open with each other internally

      Cons

      Management loop is long so it takes awhile for approval on certain items Career paths are too safe so sense of urgency in some cases is taken for granted Policies between human resources are not consistent every year
